Marine Label Product Description: The main performance characteristics of marine labels include absorbing visible light for 5-10 minutes, enabling continuous luminescence in the dark for over 12 hours, with an initial brightness of 20,000 mcd/m², reusable; non-toxic, harmless, non-radioactive, and environmentally friendly. Introduction: Marine life-saving labels are produced in accordance with national standards for ship marking symbols, including two major categories: marine life-saving safety signs and ship fire control identification signs. These labels are used for indicating emergency evacuation routes on ships, marking lines, stair identification, walkways, floor markings, wall markings, deck directions, life-saving equipment identification, fire-fighting equipment identification, etc., guiding people to handle emergencies promptly or evacuate the cabin to reach safe areas.

Marine product certificate/anti-counterfeiting marine label usage regulations 
1 Purpose 
To enhance the anti-counterfeiting performance of our society's product certificates/marine labels, uniformly affix our society's anti-counterfeiting marine labels to certificates/issued by our society. This regulation aims to clarify the relevant methods and requirements for the use of anti-counterfeiting marine labels on certificates, ensuring the correct and effective use of anti-counterfeiting marine labels, and improving the anti-counterfeiting performance of certificates/issued by our society. 
2 Scope of application 
The style of anti-counterfeiting marine labels for marine product certificates and anti-counterfeiting identification methods are detailed in Appendix 1. The labels apply to all product certificates/and equivalent certification documents issued by our society. Marine labels are for the use of our society's surveyors only and must not be given to other parties. 
3 Production and management of marine labels 
The production and management of marine labels are carried out in accordance with the management regulations on anti-counterfeiting certificates/labels by the headquarters information service department. 
4 Use of marine labels 
4.1 Marine product certificates/anti-counterfeiting marine labels apply to all product certificates/(including equivalent certification documents) issued by our society. When used on equivalent certification documents, they must be used together with the blue visa stamp; 
4.2 Surveyors must ensure that the marine products corresponding to the certificates/with the above labels affixed have been inspected, and the results meet the technical requirements of relevant conventions, regulations, our society's standards, and standards recognized by our society; 
4.3 Anti-counterfeiting marine labels are affixed to the lower right corner of each page of certificates/issued by our society. For a sample of affixation, see Appendix 2. The method of affixation for other certificates refers to Appendix 2, generally affixed to the blank space in the lower right corner of the certificate. 
4.4 Marine labels on equivalent certification documents should be affixed to the upper right corner of the visa stamp, overlapping the corner of the visa stamp. For the visa stamp and affixation style, see Appendix 3; CCS Circ. CND Page 2 of 3 
4.5 Certificates/anti-counterfeiting marine labels are for the use of our society's surveyors only and must not be authorized for use by other parties; 
4.6 Certificates/anti-counterfeiting marine labels must not be used as inspection marks on marine products; 
5 Implementation date 
5.1 From January 1, 2010, marine product certificates/issued by our society shall use the marine labels specified in this circular; 
5.2 For marine product certificates/issued by our society in 2008 and 2009, certificate owners may apply to our local branches to affix anti-counterfeiting marine labels. Local branches, upon verifying the authenticity and validity of the original certificate, shall affix the anti-counterfeiting marine labels and register them, with the affixation method referring to the requirements of 4.3; 
5.3 The Circular No. 006, Total No. 039 of the Construction Classification Department (2008) "Regulations on the Use of Anti-counterfeiting Marine Labels for Equivalent Certification Documents of Marine Products" is abolished from the effective date of this circular.
